Friday: 1 day after surgery

It's been about 24 hours since I got home from having my surgery and it has been an adventure but I am finally stable and feeling okay. My surgery was a success and I have a long road to recovery. As you can see, my foot is all bandaged up.  I am not supposed to put any weight on it for 6 - 8 weeks!

I decided to write this at the point where my medicine is almost due so that I am more aware of what I'm typing.
